🧘♀️ What to bring:
Yoga mat or towel - whatever will make your expereince comfortable.
Blanket and pillow - it can get cold down on the beach as the sun sets so bring extra.
Water bottle and an open heart and mind.
Swimmers (if the weather is warm, take a dip in the gorgeous ocean!)
🌊 All are welcome. Come as you are and leave transformed.
***** If weather prevents the session from going ahead, it will move to the backup date: Sunday, 8 March 2026 (same location). Please be sure you are avilable for both dates prior to booking.
