Learn the fundamentals of machine care, safety, and troubleshooting through practical exercises.
🔬 Workshop Plan
1️⃣ Water & Preventive Maintenance
-Test water samples (hardness, alkalinity, TDS)
-Learn routines to extend machine lifespan
2️⃣ Electrical
-Safe use of the multimeter & clamp meter
-Test heating element resistance
-Check thermal cut-offs, thermostats & pressure switches
-Diagnose basic electrical faults
3️⃣ Hydraulic
-Explore hydraulic circuits in espresso machines
-Identify pumps, solenoids, valves & tubing
-Trace water flow and connectio
-Practice leak & pressure troubleshooting
