Hosted by Working Life and designed for Managers and senior leaders, this practical session will explore how to identify mental health concerns, confidently navigate difficult conversations, and apply the revised St John of God Post Critical Incident Caregiver Support Policy and Toolkit — including Hot Debrief, Checking-in, and Staying Connected strategies.Participation is limited to 20 people per session, so early registration is encouraged.
