The Quintessential Black Sorrows is a handpicked journey through the soul, grit and timeless genre- defying songwriting that has made The Black Sorrows one of Australia’s most enduring bands.

Curated by Joe Camilleri, this double album spans decades - from platinum hits like Harley and Rose, Chained to the Wheel and Never Let Me Go to more recent gems like Livin’ Like Kings and City of Soul. The double album celebrates the cinematic songwriting partnership of Joe Camilleri and Nick Smith and the musicians who have been part of the journey.

The Quintessential Black Sorrows celebrates the past but more than that it proves The Sorrows are still writing their best chapter.

     A multi folk duo fusing indie rock, ambient textures and traditional folk roots. Known for evocative
     storytelling, roaring vocals and rhythmic energy, their shows blend humour, heart and cinematic soundscapes. They’ve
     performed across NSW festivals and supported acts like The Black Sorrows, Ash Grunwald and Boo Seeka.

     Concert is performed upstairs in the Sorrento Room @ Centro CBD    please note before purchasing tickets that unfortunately at this stage there is no disable access or lift
