Reiki Level 1 with Essa Therapy is a unique and intuitive workshop and connects you reiki energy. Level 1 is about self healing and placing the healing focus on you! It opens doors for you and allows you to feel energy and develop your intuition.You will receive the following:

- A one on one follow up personalised session online to check in and provide advice post session
- Energy hygiene and clearing advice
