The first Governor’s Prayer Breakfast in WA was held in 1993 as a result of the joint effort between the State Parliamentary Prayer Group and the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship.
This has grown from its humble beginning over the past 34 years to be a landmark annual event where people from all walks of life (churches, politicians, businessmen, schools & general population) come together for a time of fellowship and prayer to intercede for the people of our state and nation.
The Governor of Western Australia, the Honourable Chris Dawson AC APM and his wife Darrilyn are the joint patrons of this event.
