TASS Self Check-In Kiosks: Streamlining Student AppointmentsThis session introduces teachers to TASS’s Self Registration Kiosks—an efficient way for students to check in independently. We’ll explore the three kiosk types available: Appointment, Illness Registration, and Attendance, each designed to reduce admin time and improve tracking.
You’ll learn how to generate your school’s unique kiosk URL, set up a Student Self Check-In Appointment Kiosk, and configure it for your specific needs. We’ll walk through the full setup process—from kiosk creation to deployment—ensuring students can easily check in for wellbeing, careers, or counselling appointments.
Finally, we’ll cover how to use the Student Appointment Screen to quickly locate students, view their check-in status, and follow up as needed.
