Smoked ham hock and puy lentil terrine , brandy mustard , leafs and redcurrants
Peaches and cream, grilled peach , strattacella , San Danella production , basil emulsion.
Cured Yuzu and gin Kingfish , cucumber granita , soy dressing
Main Course
Triple smoked ham, confit turkey terrine, pigs in blankets, stuffing, Miso pumpkin puree Roast potatoes for the table, carrots and greens, Port and Thyme gravy.

Passionfruit Yule log, eggnog and berries
