Join Coach Steve from the Tobruk team for a focused Backstroke Clinic.
This session is designed to refine technique, improve timing, and boost efficiency in the water. Our experienced coaches will guide swimmers through targeted drills and stroke correction, utilising above-water analysis and in-water correction to help participants maximise power and streamline their stroke. Perfect for Swim School students, squad swimmers, or anyone wanting to take their backstroke to the next level.

Eligibility: Advanced 2 through to Tri, Open Water & Masters Squad
Venue: Tobruk Memorial Baths, The Stand
Price: $20.00
Equipment: kickboard, pull buoy, waterbottle, sunscreen, and any other usual training items.
