AFL training sessions with Will Sexton and Brendan McCartney. Includes conditioning, footwork, fundamentals, small sided games, contact work and match play.

9am - 10am : Open to 10 and under.
10am - 11.15am : Open to 11 to 13 years.
11am - 12.15pm : Open to 14 to 17 years.
