About
Join us for an hour-long session of meditation and mind-body relaxation through the tones and vibrations of a sound bath.Lay on a soft, supportive mattress with a pillow and bolster to support your body. Close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply as you begin your sound journey to finding your calm and inner peace.
Open to all ages 12 +
What to bring:
- A water bottle
- A blanket (if required)
- Comfortable clothing
- If you already have an eye pillow, bring that too!
Plenty of parking is located on site inside the gates.
Disability access friendly.
