About
This masterclass highlights the legal duties involved in managing psychosocial risks in the workplace and the important role quality social connections play. Participants will be taken through high level, legal obligations for managing psychosocial risk and learn how fostering strongrelationships can directly and indirectly address psychosocial hazards like; poor workplace relationships, low supervisor support, (emotional) jobdemands, poor organisational change management and harmful behaviours. Participants will also learn to identify risks that threaten social connections, such as working remotely, loneliness, conflict, and poor communication. We will explore the roles of key neurotransmitters likeoxytocin and dopamine in fostering trust, collaboration, engagement and resilience among employees.Date
