Better than your average run club. For this event, we take a 6 minute 30 pacer (that's a very casual 6:30/km pace), strap a speaker to their backs, and get y'all to run 5km. Incredible if you're bored with your regular run clubs, or looking for a new way to train.

If the 6:30 pace makes you nervous, let us know and we will see if we can put together something a little more casual for y'all :)
