About
Chakradance™ is a healing movement practice. It is an easy and beautiful way to work with your chakras and creates opportunities to clear blockages and experience more ease in your life.Using chakra resonant music, guided visualizations, and mandala drawing we will journey through the 7 chakras in this introductory class.
Chakradance™ is for all abilities and has no technical requirement. We move as we feel. We dance with our eyes closed to remain close to our internal world.
Dress code: comfortable and able to move easily
What to bring: yoga mat, cushion to sit on, water bottle. Eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
