Step into your confidence with this Chair-Heels class! Both classes are designed to focus on building technique for walking and dancing in heels and give an introduction to chair work.What to expect:
- 1-hour class including warmup, a combo and opportunity for filming at the end of class (not compulsory)
- Heels techniques + posture
- Chair-based movement and choreography
- Supportive, all-levels welcome environment
