Bio: Paul is the founder of Clearlight Counselling, a practice based in the NSW Northern Rivers that helps people who are feeling stuck, burnt out or lost in their working lives regain clarity, calm and direction. He is also a sessional lecturer at the Australian Institute of Counsellors.
