9:30am - Meet on Pool Deck for Intro Briefing
9:45 - 10:30am - Swim Coaching Session
10:45 - 11:30am - Indoor Bike / Spin Session
11:40 - 12pm - Run Session
12pm Onwards - BBQ and Social
What to Bring
- Bathers
- Goggles
- Towel to dry
- Cycle Shoes (for Indoor Spin / Sneaker ok)
- Cycle / Run Shorts
- Cycle / Run Top
- Towel for Spin Class
- Drink bottle
- Post session change of clothes
Cost:
- $10 for Adults (18yo+)
- $5 for children (less than 18yo)
- Free for GESAC Members
