Staying Safe in the Heat: Health Tips and Emergency Response

In this session you will learn essential tips and strategies to look after yourself and your loved ones by recognising heat-related illnesses, signs of dehydration, knowing who is most at risk, and how to creating heat-safe environments. The sessions will also cover how to respond to cardiac emergencies using the Call, Push and Shock method.
Delivered in partnership with Ambulance Victoria and St John Ambulance.
