  • This session covers the basics on criminal responsibility including s 4 and s 3 of the Criminal Code.  
  • The key learnings are aimed at criminal lawyers who have cases involving co-accused or indirect offenders.  
  • It covers the current state of the law in Tasmania as well as how to practically deal with these issues in cases both in the CPS and Supreme Court.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area. The Society's building at 56 Charles Street, Launceston was built in 1860 and there is no lift or disability access to the upstairs rooms.
