- This session covers the basics on criminal responsibility including s 4 and s 3 of the Criminal Code.
- The key learnings are aimed at criminal lawyers who have cases involving co-accused or indirect offenders.
- It covers the current state of the law in Tasmania as well as how to practically deal with these issues in cases both in the CPS and Supreme Court.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area.
