The 5Rhythms map - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness®️ - is a journey inward where we connect with ourselves and what is really going on in there.
In this one day workshop we will deepen the practice of what it is to follow that dance.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners are encouraged to attend!
This workshop counts as 4.5 WAVES hours for those on the training path.
