TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
By purchasing a ticket to the Hocking Primary School Outdoor Movie Night 2025 you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1) All ticket sales are final and non refundable.
2) Only current Hocking Primary School students and their families may attend. All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
3) Aggressive or threatening behaviour towards P&C volunteers or other members of the community will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Attendees deemed to be behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and any refusal to do so will result in the police being called.
4) Entry is by ticket only. Paper or electronic tickets will be scanned for all attendees upon entry.
5) This is a family friendly event. We kindly ask that you do not bring glass or alcohol. Pets are also not permitted.
6) Please bring your own blanket or chair to sit on. Blankets and low chair seating only at the front - high back chairs must sit towards the back to afford everyone the best view of the screen.
7) We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
