She is one of Australia’s most respected food communicators, a longtime freelance journalist and restaurant critic, award-winning cookbook author and host of the Dirty Linen food podcast. If you’ve ever been on one of her food tours or read one of her Eat Streets neighbourhood explorations in The Age, you’ll know that Dani is all about creating understanding and connection with food as the perfect medium.What you don’t know yet is Dani’s personal story. Today she’ll take us on her journey from grumpy law student to freelance writer to solopreneur, sharing the small shifts in perspective that changed everything.
