WORKSHOP ELIGIBILITY
Workshops are open only to registered festival attendees. Please note that a Quick Draw registration does not count as a full festival registration. If you book a workshop without registering for the festival, you’ll be contacted by email and must complete your festival registration within seven (7) days. If not, your workshop booking will be refunded and your place offered to someone on the waiting list.

Workshops are held at official festival painting sites, where we’ve secured permits and permissions under agreed entry conditions. To meet these requirements and take part, all workshop participants must hold a valid festival registration.

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event incur a 20% fee.
No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the event; however, transfers to another participant are permitted.
In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 or other force majeure, the Festival may transition to a virtual format.
