Presented by Dr. Nathaniel Swain.This professional learning program explores the key components of the updated Victorian Teaching and Learning Model (VTLM 2.0). Across a sequence of focused workshops, participants will examine the learning sciences that underpin effective teaching and develop practical strategies to strengthen instructional practice.
Each session combines theory, classroom application, and reflection. Participants will engage with key principles such as attention and regulation, memory and retention, explicit teaching, and supported application to deepen their understanding of high-impact instructional models.
