Set in a middle-class Indian home, this powerful drama peels away the layers of a family bound by love, resentment, and quiet desperation. It explores the fragile lines between connection and loneliness, dreams and disillusionment. Told entirely in Hindi, this timeless story captures emotions that cross all languages and cultures.
At the heart of the story is Savitri, a woman searching for a life that always seems just out of reach. Her husband Mahendranath, disillusioned and passive, watches as the home they built together starts to crack under its own weight. Their daughter Binni is caught between rebellion and expectation, while son Ashok struggles to escape the shadows of the familyโs turmoil. The other men in Savitriโs life reflect different shades of desire, failure, and longing โ revealing not just a fractured family, but a society at a turning point.
