Join us for a very special circle dedicated to mamas who have experienced a caesarean birth. Your birth may have been 1 month ago, 1 year ago or 10 years in the past. This circle is for anyone who has unresolved feelings around their birth.Saturday ... April

Aura in Redhead
We gather to honour your unique rite of passage and your baby's journey earth-side. A safe space for you to share your birth story, listen to others, grow and heal in connection. Scar tissue massage instruction will form part of the afternoon's activity. Light snacks and tea provided. Babes in arms are always welcome.
Hosted by qualified Birth and Postpartum Doula duo Sarah @sarah.yogimama and Joanne @joannemackintosh. Places are limited, bookings essential. These events run twice a year.
