Elevate your child’s athletic potential with our high-performance 2-hour Speed & Agility Clinic, designed specifically for young athletes aged 9 to 16.This fun, fast-paced session is led by a qualified performance coach and focuses on the key foundations of athletic success; speed, reaction time, coordination, strength endurance, and agility.
