Year 6 Mini Fete 2025
About
Our Mini Fete is going cashless! This year, the money used at the fete by your child will be pre-paid, and they will carry a Mini Fete Card with the pre-paid value. Pre-pay before the fete for your child to redeem at the Year 6 Mini Fete stalls. There will be food, stalls, games, music, competitions, raffles and craft. Maximum of $15 per child.Funds raised will support the Year 6 Farewell, Yearbook and a gift to the school.
How it works
• Mini Fete Cards can be purchased in $5 and $10 increments, up to a maximum of $15 per child.
• Recommended spend is $10, however families may choose to purchase $5 or $15.
• You can purchase Mini Fete Cards for multiple children in one transaction.
The order form allows you to select each child’s name and class so Mini Fete Cards can be allocated correctly.
• Mini Fete Cards will be distributed by classroom teachers on the day of the Mini Fete.
• Students will be able to use their cards at Mini Fete stalls, including games, raffles, food, craft and other activities (prices at each stall range from 20c - $2).
Important Information
• No change will be given.
• Any unspent Mini Fete Card balance cannot be refunded or transferred.
• To help students use all funds, we will let them know when the event is nearing the end and recommend purchasing raffle tickets with remaining amounts.
• All stall pricing will align to 20c increments to help students spend their funds easily.
• This is a voluntary purchase option.
• Mini Fete Cards cannot be replaced if lost or misplaced. Student name and class will be on cards.
• No refunds for unused Mini Fete Cards or for change of mind.
