Join us for the annual Rosewood Christmas Festival, a beloved local celebration hosted by Rosewood and District Supporting Communities Inc (RADSc). This festive evening brings together families, friends, and neighbours for a joyful night of community spirit, entertainment, and Christmas cheer.
✨ Christmas Markets
A highlight of the festival, our markets offer an affordable space for local businesses, services, community groups, and craftspeople to showcase their work. With over 2,000 attendees expected, it’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community.
💚 Stallholder Information
We welcome stallholder applications! Spaces are limited, so book early.

TICKET OPTIONS
🛍️ INSIDE TICKET – $15 donation
Includes space for a 1.8m table inside the pavilion. If you require more space, please book multiple stall spaces.
🌟 OUTSIDE TICKET – $15 donation
This ticket secures a 3x3m outdoor space, the size of a standard marquee.

Please note: All outside spaces are measured and allocated as 3x3m. This is the space you are guaranteed.
If your setup (including awnings, displays, or extensions beyond the marquee) exceeds this size, please book an additional site to accommodate your needs.
There is no lighting provided outside, so stallholders must bring their own lighting.
The final layout of the market will depend on the number of stalls booked.

🤝 COMMUNITY GROUPS & NGOs – Free
Community groups and not-for-profit organisations will not be charged a booking fee.
Please select this ticket option and email rosewoodcpw@gmail.com with details about how your stall qualifies for a free space.
🍔 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – FOOD VENDOR
Interested in selling food? Select this option and email your details to rosewoodcpw@gmail.com. Selection will aim to balance local support and variety.
✅ CONFIRMED FOOD VENDOR
Only select this if you’ve been offered a spot.

🛡️ Insurance Required
All stallholders must provide proof of insurance. Please email your certificate to rosewoodcpw@outlook.com.
🕓 Setup & Pack Down

Setup must be complete by 4:45 PM, 15 minutes before the event starts.
All stalls must continue trading until the close of the markets at 8:00 PM.
Vehicles will not be permitted onsite until after the public has left the venue.

Your modest stall fee helps us run this event. If you’re able to contribute more, your donation is greatly appreciated. We’re also planning a raffle to raise funds—donating a prize means extra promotion for your business on our Facebook event page and other materials. We’re a local not-for-profit supporting the Rosewood Community Centre and a range of community programs and events. This festival is run by a small team of staff and volunteers—please allow time for responses and follow up if needed.
