Tournament: 7 round  Swiss
Rate of Play: 90 min + 30 sec increment from move 1
Ratings: ACF rated, FIDE rated.
Forfeit time: 30 minutes from start time.
Half point byes: A max of two half point byes only will be permitted for rounds 1 to 5.
