Online Class Series - Opening Through Movement
About
This 6-week online class series explores how openness and expansion emerge when movement is organised through the centre. Over time, sitting and habitual postures can create rigidity, leading to aches, stiffness, and a sense of disconnection. Through gentle Feldenkrais lessons, rediscover how the torso, pelvis, and spine can move with fluidity — allowing support and effort to be shared evenly through the body. Each class uses rolling and transitional movements to release protective patterns, improve coordination, and restore comfort in motion. As openness develops, the body begins to work as a whole — movement feels lighter, posture more upright, and action more effortless.
No experience needed — just a willingness to explore with curiosity.
