Sobremesa Fermentary & Blendery was established in 2020 by Casey Grieve and Hannah McErlane as a project to explore their love for farmhouse ales that are fermentation driven, nuanced and highly drinkable.Using local ingredients and rustic traditions, Sobremesa’s beers evoke conversation and represent people, place and time.
If you have ever sampled a Sobremesa beer, you will know that each small batch release is unique in flavour and expression.
We are fortunate to host Casey Grieve and Andy Sanders at Audacious Monk Cellars for a Masterclass on Saturday 15 November 1-3pm.
