Life is too short to be constantly stressed, anxious and exhausted.This is an opportunity to get started with tools for inner peace and balance, so you feel calm and can deal with all the pressures of life.
The hour consultation is with Registered counsellor Anne Holleley (Master of Counselling), and Provisional counsellor Brayley Campbell will be sitting in, as a requirement of her final placement.
After booking information will be sent, with the option of attending via Zoom video.
Confidentiality is paramount, and Brayley and Anne work within the code of Ethics and Practice of the Australian Counselling Association.
The cost is affordable at $47.00.
