This refresher session revisits key concepts from the Crucial Conversations model, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the strategies for effective communication explored in the initial session.Designed to support your ongoing development, the session will re-examine how to navigate difficult or high-stakes conversations with openness, respect, and skill—fostering dialogue, managing emotions, and building mutual understanding.
Learning Outcomes:
Reinforce key strategies from the Crucial Conversations model to navigate high-stakes or challenging discussions with clarity and confidence.
Apply refreshed communication skills to real-world scenarios involving feedback and open dialogue with colleagues, parents, and the community.
Intended Audience:
Current people leaders in both schools and CEB offices (is suitable for staff of all levels to attend) who attended the initial Crucial Conversation workshop.
