Gentle movement with live music
About
Unwind and de-stress through gentle movements accompanied by soothing live music. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this event is suitable for all levels.We'll practise simple preventative and restorative body movements that can be used in everyday life. There will be elements of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yin Yoga and breathing exercises, and meditation with live music.
Participants will have the option to remain seated, in case of difficulties standing up or lying down.
The session will be accompanied by a musician playing viola.
