This TryBooking portal is for Accommodation Bookings in PARRAMATTA for the 2026 Australian Dance Festival.

Room bookings are now available for the Novotel Parramatta and Mercure Parramatta (Rosehill).
- All rooms have 2 x Double Beds and DO NOT include breakfast.
- Coach Transfers can be booked separately to and from the hotels at the following times:
1. Friday 18 Sept - Quaycentre to Hotel departing QC at 10.20pm
2. Sat 19 Sept - Hotel to Quaycentre, departing at 8.15am | QC to Hotel departing QC at 10pm
3. Sun 20 Sept - Hotel to Quaycentre, departing at 8.15am | QC to Hotel departing QC at 9.30pm

You must book for a minimum of 3 nights - Check in Friday 18th September | Check out Monday 21st September

Room Rate: $210 per night
Coach Transfers: $90 per person

Novotel Parramatta
Room Rate: $215 per night

Cancellations up to the 31st July 2026 will only be refunded 50% of the total cost (unless the room can be on-sold)
No cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted from 1st August 2026
Any changes such as: cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of room mate, switching rooms, changing dates of accommodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$30

Sun 20th Sept: Novotel to QC depart at 8.15am | depart from QC at 9.30pm
5 x coach trips are included in the $90 cost of the coach transfer.
Note that the coach transfers work out at $18 per trip per person. An uber will cost between $25 - $40 per trip which could be more economical, however, we believe that it will be challenging to get an uber at peak times when everyone is booking an uber at the same time e.g. when the shows end. The coach transfers are also better for groups where you have a few adults responsible for a large number of minors.
