Join actor and teacher Tristan McKinnon for an intimate afternoon of craft and connection.
This three-hour workshop invites actors to reconnect with their instrument — body, breath, voice, and imagination — through practices of relaxation, sensory awakening, and emotional attunement.
We’ll explore what it means to bring the actor’s instrument into tune: to listen deeply, release habitual tension, and find truth and freedom in expression. Whether you’re new to acting or returning to the work, this is a space to open, explore, and rediscover the joy of play.
