In the year’s theme of supporting men and boys, and we’re looking to fundraise for headspace Katherine, a mental health and well-being foundation dedicated to helping young people between 12 – 25.Registration includes, green fees, buggy and golf club hire, and welcome pack of tees and golf balls.
Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the tournament.
Since opening in 2019, the Katherine team support over 200 young people each year. While many young women access their services, young men face unique challenges too - and the team are here for them. Young men need to know that headspace is a safe, welcoming space where they can get support, build resilience and take charge of their wellbeing.
Headspace is active in the community, delivering mental health awareness sessions at Katherine High School and St Joseph’s College. Since July, their community engagement and education program has connected with 722 young people - helping to spark conversations, build confidence and promote mental wellness.
