If you've ever been curious about how the different ways of preparing coffee can affect the taste. Maybe you just wanna be better schooled in the art of caffeine compared to your homeboys, we've partnered with local business Intersection Traders to show you the ropes. Here's what's in store:- arrive to a small espresso shot prepared to your liking (hot, over ice, with milk, etc.)
- taste 4 different ways of preparing this beany beverage (automatic pourover, manual porover, batch brew + cold brew)
- finish up with an experimental brew prepared according to the whims of the resident barista
- learn about the ethics of sourcing beans internationally and ask questions about your own brewing at home.
Total shots consumed should equal to about 2-3 by the end of the morning, so you should still be able to have a delicious nights' sleep later in the evening.
