Hooked on Shepparton is a fun, family-friendly fishing event hosted by Greater Shepparton City Council. Whether you are a seasoned angler or trying fishing for the very first time, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and connect with nature.The event is open to all ages, and no prior fishing experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Hooked on Shepparton is a free family event. Please remember to bring your own fishing rods, bait, chairs, hat, sunscreen, and mosquito spray. This is an alcohol-free event.
A recreational fishing license is required; however, exemptions apply for those aged under 18, over 70 years old, and eligible card holders.
