Please join St Mary's School Merredin on Wednesday the 26th of November at 5.30pm for their annual end of year School Concert - a wonderful end to the year, as all our classes come together to showcase their talents.This year for the first time the P&F is trialling a ticketing system via Try Booking. All parents from K-6 are required to book a seat for family members and guests attending. Kindy parents will also need to book a seat for their Kindy child if planning to stay for the full concert. Other children will remain seated at the front of the theatre and DO NOT need a ticketed seat. As usual this is a free event, please only book the tickets you definitely need, so that everyone will be able to get a seat for the night.
Please feel free to look at the provided 'Cummins Theatre floor seating plan' to get additional clarity on the layout of the seating, as the booking system does not show the seating layout exactly to scale. Rows A-J are the Auditorium (floor) seats and Rows GA-GP are the Gallery seats (red seats!). Green seats are reserved for our Year 6 students and the purple seats are reserved for special St Mary's guests.
Children are to be dropped off at the Theatre at 5pm and will enter through the Tivoli Room gate where they will be met by staff. Parents are then welcome to enter via the main Theatre doors and present their tickets, before finding their allocated seat. Please ensure you have a copy of the seats that you've booked on the night with you and please make sure that you sit in your allocated seats. A floor plan will be available at the door if you are unsure and you are also welcome to ask at the door.
The evening will start 5.30pm sharp so please ensure that you are seated by this time.
