Please join us for our end-of-year networking function, featuring thought-provoking presentations and a panel discussion on the critical role Emotional Intelligence (EI) plays in the prevention of — and recovery from — Family and Domestic Violence (FDV).
Emotional Intelligence — the capacity to recognise, understand and manage emotions — is emerging as a powerful influence across the FDV space. Research increasingly shows that EI is both a protective factor that can prevent harm, and a therapeutic pathway that can support healing, behaviour change and safer relationships.

This special event brings together three unique voices working across perpetrator services, lived experience advocacy and community support. Together, they will explore how emotional awareness, empathy and emotional regulation can transform understanding, intervention and long-term outcomes for individuals, families and communities impacted by FDV.
