Experience a soul-soothing blend of gentle sacral Yin yoga, meditative live Cello, flutes and singing bowls, pranayama & inspirational poetry to balance your creative energy centre, melt away stress and tension and reset your nervous system through a beautiful sacral chakra sequence for body mind and soul.Rike is a cellist, composer, vinyasa, restorative yin yoga teacher & health professional who has created sound immersions and retreats in the Townsville region for 9 years.
She will guide you through a gentle therapeutic sequence designed to release fascial tension, restore balance with focus on your sacral chakra & connect you deeper with your creative energy, your free expression, and your passion. Her heartfelt meditative music invites you to drift into the world of your senses, let emotions move through and connect deeper with yourself.
Your body will be well supported with bolsters, cushions, blankets, blocks. Feel free to bring your own cushions along for extra comfort.
