2025 Parents Association Whole School End of Year Disco
Parents and Guardians,
To celebrate the end of Year, the WHPS Parents Association will be running a special celebration disco just for all students.
There will be pizza and Zooper Dooper for the students and a chance to build wonderful memories.
Tickets are priced at $2.00 each per child attending the event.
Venue: Wheelers Hill Primary School OVAL
Date: Friday, 28th November 2025 (weather permitting)
Time: 3.45pm to 5.45pm
On the day of the event, please go to the registration desk prior to entering the disco area.
Parents and guardians must be accountable for their children during the party, as the organizers and volunteers will provide minimal supervision. Parents are to stay with their children at the venue.
Please note -
- that this event is not an official school-organised event but a parent-run event external to the school
- it will be held out of school hours.
- it is not a required event; attendance is purely your choice.
- SSB cannot be used for this after-hours event run by the WHPS Parents Association
In order to facilitate this event, we kindly request that you provide us with your contact details, including your name, email address, and phone number.
This information will be used solely for emergency purposes during the event. Should any issues arise or other unforeseen circumstances, having your contact details on hand will help us to reach you promptly.
