Join the Run (or walk) for Palestine, Canberra 2025
Take part in a relaxed family-oriented, community fun run or walk to show solidarity and raise support vital medical aid for Palestinian families. There will be a raffle with great prizes! Bring cash for the raffle, sausage sizzle and stall items.
Whether you run, jog, or stroll, or just come along to watch, your participation helps deliver essential care and relief through PANZMA (Palestinian Australian New Zealand Medical Association).
After years of hardship and continued immense suffering in Gaza and the West Bank, and hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries, every step counts towards helping families rebuild their lives and ensure access to medical care. Your effort β every kilometre β makes a real difference.

β’ 5 km course: Lennox Gardens β south side of Lake Burley Griffin β Kings Avenue Bridge β north side of Lake Burley Griffin β Commonwealth Avenue Bridge β back to Lennox Gardens
β’ 10 km course: Two laps of the 5 km route
β’ Start/finish: North end of Lennox Gardens, behind the Albert Hall

* Donations can also be made on the ticket page (people not attending can make donations there as well. Just choose '1' in the donations line and put the amount in below).
Proudly wear your Run for Palestine T-shirt or simply come as you are β everyone is welcome. T-shirts can be purchased on the day, but are not mandatory.
Bring a picnic and relax afterwards. There will be a sausage sizzle available and a stall selling watermelon earings, brooches and bracelets, Palestine themed Christmas cards and ornaments, scrunchies and other items. Don't miss out!
