This reflective practice brings together a Therapeutic Blend of Bibliotherapy and Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT) to deepen your emotional insight in a supportive and positive space.
What We'll Be Doing:
I will use poetic literature as a starting point for reflection (Bibliotherapy). You'll then process the poem's themes, characters, and figurative language with IDT. This self-reflective approach allows you to connect with the page, crayons and yourself in a meaningful new way. Bibliotherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses books to nurture personal growth, and improve mental health and wellbeing.
It’s an opportunity for self-kindness, reflection, and connection with other IDT practitioners.
