Westpac Scams Community Forum
Westpac recently conducted an analysis to identify the postcodes with the highest number of scam reports over the past year in an effort to raise awareness and help more people spot a scam.
Sadly, the postcode 4211, including the Nerang and Highland Park community, appeared in the top 5 postcodes with the highest reported scam cases in Queensland.
This is why I’ve decided to partner with Westpac to host a Community Scams Forum to help our local community spot a scam and learn protection and prevention tips.
When: Monday 1st December 2025
Where: Nerang Bicentennial Community Centre – 833 Southport Nerang Road, Nerang
Time: 10.30am-12.00pm
Parking: Onsite parking available
Cost: FREE
