Mentone Public Library’s November ‘Author For All Seasons’ is Lou Watts, a Bayside teacher and Education Manager of Find Ya Feet, presenting her first book, Timmy and the Wonky Fence.Lou co-wrote the book with Tommy Herschell, CEO of national empowerment organisation, Find Ya Feet, and it is illustrated by Ralee Winks.
Find Ya Feet runs community, school and corporate workshops that inspire people of all ages, giving them the opportunity to tell their stories, empathise with others, and walk away with the tools for true connection and meaningful conversation.
The book uses the analogy of a fence on an outback property that falls down because one post isn’t solid. So what is the solution? What will Timmy learn from dealing with the wonky fence?
