A Tasmanian Evening with Tasmaniac Distillers 🌿Join us at Love Lucy Boots Wine Room for an intimate evening of Tasmanian flavour as we welcome the crew from Tasmaniac Distillers — three Huon Valley mates crafting small-batch spirits that capture the heart of the south.

Meet the makers and taste your way through the Tasmaniac lineup:
🍏 Trademark Gin — distilled with Huon Valley apples, pepperberries and citrus.
❄️ Antarctic Aquavit — the southernmost aquavit in the world, alive with wild fennel, kunzea and spice.
🍒 Cowboy Cherry Gin — made with hand-pitted Huon cherries, bright, juicy and delightfully local.
☕ Coffee Liqueur — smooth, rich and dangerously moreish, crafted with locally roasted coffee and Tasmanian spirit.
Each spirit is paired with a spread of shared plates from the Lucy Boots kitchen — local cheeses, charcuterie, pickles and warm sourdough.
From the Huon Valley, just down the road… we’re bringing Tasmanian craft to Westbury.
Sip, snack and share stories straight from the still — with exclusive bottle sales and event-night specials to take a little Tasmanian magic home.
