International Volunteer Day Celebration
About
Supported by the Department of CommunitiesThe Neurological Council of WA warmly invites you to join us for our International Volunteer Day celebration.
International Volunteer Day is held each year to recognise and celebrate the vital contributions of volunteers across the world — and in our own community.
At The Niche (Centre for Neurological Support), volunteers play an important role in coordinating Peer Support Groups that provide connection, understanding and support for people living with neurological conditions.
We invite volunteers, peer support groups and carers to join us to say thank you — to every volunteer whose time, compassion and commitment make a meaningful difference.
Parking is very limited. Paid parking is available across the road (enter via Winthrop Avenue). Taxis, ride share and public transport is encouraged.
As we celebrate our volunteers, we also look ahead to 2026, when our new NeuFriends group will launch at The Niche — continuing to grow opportunities for connection and shared experience within WA’s neurological community.
We look forward to celebrating with you.
